General Terms of Business
If our goods arrive with you in less than perfect condition (i.e. chipped, broken or otherwise damaged), please send the item(s) back to us and we will happily replace them at our expense.
If for any other reason you’re not perfectly happy with the goods received, please send the unused items back to us and you will receive either an exchange or a full refund (refunds exclude the shipping price for returning the goods and if seeking replacement goods, the shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer).
