The ClimbLab pressure washing booth provides a practical indoor solution for cleaning climbing holds, fiberglass macros, and large wooden volumes – eliminating the need for a dedicated wet room or protective masks.
The ClimbLab booth features an innovative, patented ventilation system that absorbs aerosols and ensures a fresh airflow at a minimum face velocity of 0.3 m/s, complying with EU and ASME air quality and worker safety regulations. The system prevents backsplash, accelerates drying, and helps maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Equipped with a professional pressure washer, a flexible hose, and a compact, one-hand-operated spray gun, the booth allows for ergonomic and efficient cleaning from all angles.
For an optimized cleaning setup, the booth can be paired with the ClimbLab ultrasonic cleaner or used alongside the pre-soaking sink for effective pressure washing. It is ideal for both a quick rinse of holds that have undergone ultrasonic cleaning and for pressure washing pre-soaked holds.
Operation does not require waterproof clothing, enabling route setters to clean volumes and have them back on the wall in under 10 minutes.
ClimbLab offers two types of UltraGrip soap: UltraGrip Ultrasound and UltraGrip Soaking and Wall. Both detergents have been formulated specifically for the cleaning of climbing holds, macros, volumes and walls.
Both are biodegradable and safe to drain after use. Unlike traditional detergents, they are safe to handle once diluted and release no toxic fumes or aerosols when used for pressure washing.
