Cover Bag

The Core Cover Bag is a large, versatile bag that enables you to carry all your climbing kit in one place. Designed to be used in tandem with our Crash Pads the Cover Bag can be slotted in the fold of the pad and carried with ease. It can also be used stand alone, utilising the Removable Gatekeeper buckles, these buckles give the Cover Bag the ability to be able to have the padded Airmesh shoulder straps fully removed, one strap placed in the 'over shoulder' position (ideal for shorter walk ins' or to the climbing gym) or the 'Rucksack Strap' position with both straps, this allows you to use the Cover Bag as a rucksack with full length adjustability for extra comfort on longer walk ins'. The Cover Bag has an internal dividing wall which separates and organise belongings. A durable mesh internal pocket and compartments divider allows you to separate your clean kit from the dirty. Commercial Climbing Gym Matting Information Bollard

Info Bollard

Our Core 'Info Bollards' are designed to be used in commercial matting gyms to alert customers to anything going on in the gym. I.e. "Setting In progress" or "Party In Progress". They can be placed on the matting and tethered together using tape to Corden off an area. They are filled with a soft, lightweight foam and so wont cause a danger to users of the wall. The clear PVC pouch allows you to print out any bespoke info you require. The 50mm webbing handle on top allows for ease of transportation across areas, and a Velcro patch on the bottom keeps the bollard securely upright.

Our Cellar Board matting is a 130mm alternative to our existing 200mm Home Wall matting. Their low profile means they are great for steep boards with low ceilings. The 130m Cellar have been designed in the same modular fashion as their 200mm counterpart, and can be folded over in either direction when not in use to allow the floor space to be utilised efficiently when not in use. Encased in 1100D Cordura on the top and 900g PVC on the bottom these mats are not only tough as hell but the PVC base means they will happily sit on damp cellar floors, no problem.

Workhorse Crash Pad

The Workhorse is the main feature of our Outdoor Bouldering matting, it is an all rounder suitable for use at any crag in any condition. Made from 1100 denier Cordura, it is incredibly tough. High contact areas prone to getting caught on rocks or trees such as corners are re-enforced. High quality polyester webbing is used throughout and any high-stress areas in the seams are industrially bar-tacked for extra strength. One of the main features of our Outdoor matting series is the stackable element, the ability to carry many pads to the crag has never been easier. When in use a heavy-duty flap covers the shoulder and waist straps to keep them out of the dirt, then when carrying in/out of the crag or between boulders the cover flap folds round to lash together any additional pads your need. The Reactor - Half pad is an ideal ground for squeezing into those areas that a full sized pad won't fit in, it can be used to bulk out or level landing zones and is the perfect bridge between the full size crash pad and the convenience of a sit pad. Measuring at 1000 x 600mm this mat is the same footprint as the Workhorse when folded, allowing it to be stacked and carried easily. Made up of 25mm of high density closed cell foam and 50mm open cell foam, this mat is a great addition to the rest of the series.

Titan Crash Pad

The Titan is a super-sized version of the workhorse and the biggest pad in our outdoor bouldering matting range, it is the perfect crash pad for those looking for a large fall zone. Made from 1100 denier Cordura, it is incredibly tough. High contact areas prone to getting caught on rocks or trees (corners, edges) are re-enforced. High quality polyester webbing is used throughout and any high-stress areas in the seams are industrially bar-tacked for extra strength. One of the main features of our Outdoor matting series is the stackable element; the ability to carry many pads to the crag has never been easier. When in use a heavy-duty flap covers the shoulder and waist straps to keep them out of the dirt, then when carrying in/out of the crag or between boulders the cover flap folds around to lash together any additional pads you need. All of our products are made in the Core Climbing factory in Sheffield, and our new range of crash pads are no exception. Hand sewn by our expert machinists with years of experience.

Helios

The purpose of the Helios 'Duvet' pad is to cover the irritating and dangerous gaps that can form between crash pads whilst climbing. It can also be used to add additional padded surface area for spotters or other climbers to move around, or for making your lunch on. Encased in 1100D Cordura® fabric this pad is made to last. Inside is one single sheet of high quality closed cell foam to ensure that an uninterrupted landing surface can be achieved. Measuring at 2000 x 1000mm, 30mm thick when unfolded, and 1000 x 500mm when folded into quarters, it conveniently stacks into the carry system of the Workhorse and Titan pads. Making carrying it around the crag a piece of cake!

Granite Volume

All our volumes are made from glass-reinforced plastic, rendering them lightweight, durable and strong. This mid-size Granite volume features an angular, but positive slopey shelf on one side. To create more difficulty, invert to expose a shallower sloper. The distinct quartz detailing also gives the option of a techy crimp. Granite Super Volume

All our volumes are made from glass-reinforced plastic, rendering them lightweight, durable and strong. This is the largest of our Granite volumes and features a prominent central spine, reminiscent of a tufa. Useable at any orientation, it features a range of hold possibilities from pinch to in-cuts to slopers. This versatility challenges the climber to consider hand placement carefully. Our M10 CAP head fixings are preferred by more and more route setters as the larger socket heads are more durable than CSK fixings. All our BZP (Bright zinc plated) CAP head fixings are fully threaded. The quoted length of the bolts is length of the thread and does not include the head. Polyester resin (410 ml)

Polyester resin is a two component, mix in the nozzle resin. Suitable for many kinds of solid and hollow masonry. Clear the hole of dust and pump the required resin quantity into the hole. To be used with internally threaded fixings. Follow directions on the tube. Each tube should provide enough glue for installing 20 sockets into a solid wall.
