When you place an order with us, we require your name, address, telephone number and email address in order to process your order, this data is stored securely on our website and is accessible for review and editing at any time through the account you are required to set up when placing an order, simply log in with your password and change as required.
We only use your data for arranging carriage of the ordered goods and for our company invoices, we will not contact you for marketing reasons or sell/share your information to a third party unless required for carriage of your order. In certain circumstances, we may contact you regarding your open order or if there is a problem with delivery for example.
In addition to storing your data on our website, we also retain your details on our secure accounting system. This data is stored for 7 years as required for tax purposes.
