M10 CAP BZP FULLY THREADED SCK SCREW (DIN 912)

Our M10 CAP head fixings are preferred by more and more route setters as the larger socket heads are more durable than CSK fixings. All our BZP (Bright zinc plated) CAP head fixings are fully threaded. The quoted length of the bolts is length of the thread and does not include the head. This makes them slightly longer than the CSK equivalent. Tool required 8mm allen key The bolts are manufactured to DIN 912 ISO 4762 High tensile steel grade 12.9

If you need extra long bolts for your huge holds then you have come to the right place. These are part threaded with 35mm of thread. NB. Extra care needs to be taken when route setting with part threaded fixings. A range of lengths available form 140mm to 260mm If you need longer fixings these will have to be made as a special. Polyester resin (410 ml)

Polyester resin is a two component, mix in the nozzle resin. Suitable for many kinds of solid and hollow masonry. Clear the hole of dust and pump the required resin quantity into the hole. To be used with internally threaded fixings. Follow directions on the tube. Each tube should provide enough glue for installing 20 sockets into a solid wall.
