The Nucleus is our sit start crash pad, made from 25mm high density closed cell foam and measuring at 1000 x 600mm this sit pad integrates itself with the ‘Workhorse’ mat perfectly when folded. Making stacking and carrying a piece of cake. The size and low profile of this little pad make it perfect for those low hanging starts, for covering gaps in-between pads, or for additional pad coverage for spotting.
Fully encased in high quality 1100D Cordura® this little pad is tough, and the convenient 450mm carpet corner allows you to wipe dirt off your shoes easily.

Helios
The purpose of the Helios 'Duvet' pad is to cover the irritating and dangerous gaps that can form between crash pads whilst climbing. It can also be used to add additional padded surface area for spotters or other climbers to move around, or for making your lunch on. Encased in 1100D Cordura® fabric this pad is made to last. Inside is one single sheet of high quality closed cell foam to ensure that an uninterrupted landing surface can be achieved. Measuring at 2000 x 1000mm, 30mm thick when unfolded, and 1000 x 500mm when folded into quarters, it conveniently stacks into the carry system of the Workhorse and Titan pads. Making carrying it around the crag a piece of cake!

Workhorse Crash Pad
The Workhorse is the main feature of our Outdoor bouldering matting, it is an all rounder suitable for use at any crag in any condition. Made from 1100 denier Cordura®, it is incredibly tough. High contact areas prone to getting caught on rocks or trees such as corners are re-enforced. High quality polyester webbing is used throughout and any high-stress areas in the seams are industrially bar-tacked for extra strength. One of the main features of our Outdoor matting series is the stackable element, the ability to carry many pads to the crag has never been easier. When in use a heavy-duty flap covers the shoulder and waist straps to keep them out of the dirt, then when carrying in/out of the crag or between boulders the cover flap folds round to lash together any additional pads your need. All of our products are made in the Core Climbing factory in Sheffield, and our new range of crash pads are no exception. Hand sewn by our expert machinists with years of experience.
